Llandrindod Wells Bowling Club situated in Powys, Mid-Wales is the largest bowling club in Wales.  Set in the heart of the Welsh countryside with panoramic views, there are 3 greens of international standard catering for all levels of competition.  A major venue, the club is host to national, international and county bowling events throughout the season, as well as club competition.

The Club runs 3 One-Day Open Singles Competitions and the Llandrindod Wells Annual Bowling Tournament, which is being held from the 2nd to the 8th August 2014.  Entries for these competitions are welcome from all parts of the UK  (see links)

In 2012 Llandrindod Wells Bowling Club celebrated its centenary. The year was marked by a season of special events and the publication of a book about the club’s unique history, the book titled  The Running Bowl  is still available via this website. Also during 2012, Llandrindod Wells Bowling Club was awarded the Gold Standard Clubmark by the Welsh Bowls Federation (details below).

In 2014 we welcome the return of teams from Aberdare Park, Marldon Maple Leaf and Leamington Spa. The club will be host to the Welsh Bowling Association National Championships and the Welsh Women’s Bowling Association Finals.
